CISPA Helps Santa Deliver the Magic of Holiday Season

Santa Claus came to town early this year during Pastries With Santa, an event held by Hannah Penn K-8 and sponsored by the Starbucks Foundation. Over 200 community members of the School District of the City of York attended.Members of Communities In Schools of Pennsylvania state staff volunteered, along with local Starbucks Coffee employees and community members to ensure the kids experience the magic of the holiday season.Every child received a personalized gift and took a picture with Santa Claus himself, regardless of whether or not they are a part of the Communities In Schools of Pennsylvania program. The presents were made in part by gift donation drives held by the York Roasting Plant and local Starbucks Coffee locations. There truly is nothing better than continuing the reason for the season by serving our local communities!Check out some of the festivities below!
