PRESS RELEASESportsBiz Virtual CampFREE VIRTUAL SPORTS CAMP OPEN TO ALL HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS!Register by July 8, 2020 to guarantee your place!Communities in Schools Pittsburgh-Allegheny County is excited to announce its partnership with SportsBiz Virtual Career Exploration Camp. The virtual camp will take place July 14 – July 16, 2020 and allow for high school students to connect and learn from a variety of sports business professionals.SportsBiz’s virtual camp stems from a successful program in Charlotte, NC last year. Students will learn from those in the sports industry to see how their passion for sports can become a career path. There are six different pathways students can choose from: sports agency, sports media, sports for good, esports, sports statistics and analytics, and sports marketing. There will also be course available in diversity and inclusion, networking, dressing for success, financial literacy, and personal branding.Representatives from the Pittsburgh Steelers, New Orleans Saints, Kansas City Chiefs, Gatorade, NASCAR, and more will be leading the sessions.
