Gathering on what turned out to be one of the warmest days of the summer season, CISPAC friends, staff and board members celebrated the kickoff of a new school year at Wigle Whiskey Barrelhouse – one of CISPAC’s community partners.

Denise Bullitt, Development & Communications Strategist for CISPAC said, “This is our second event hosted with Wigle. Last fall we gathered with Sto-Rox business leaders to consider new ideas in developing student workforce pipelines. Wigle always steps up to help and our guest always have a wonderful time.”

CISPAC unveiled 2-new videos – one about the impact of mentoring and the other how our work supports students and schools. Additionally, we honored the many mentors who over the last 8-years have helped more than 600 middle school students, hosted a raffle with a grand prize of Steeler tickets and Wigle’s City of Champions Special Edition Bourbon. That prize went to long-time mentor, Ms. Judy Moser of Dollar Bank – another community partner of CISPAC.

Thanks to all and especially, Wigle Whiskey, for a great event and kickoff to a new season of making a difference in the lives of Pittsburgh’s children and youth.
