Supporting McKees Rocks: Food Distributions That Make a Difference

At PACS, we are committed to supporting communities through meaningful, ongoing efforts. One of our key initiatives in McKees Rocks is the monthly food distribution organized by both our PACS Sto-Rox team and PACS Cure Violence McKees Rocks team. Every 3rd Thursday from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM, these teams come together at the Cure Violence office to provide much-needed food and resources to local families.

This distribution is just one of many efforts taking place throughout McKees Rocks each month. In addition to this event, we offer weekly food distributions, partnering with the community, to ensure that our support reaches those who need it most, week after week. Whether it's fresh produce or pantry staples, our goal is to ensure no one in the community goes without essential resources.

But it’s about more than just food, it’s about building connections and strengthening the bonds within our community. Our teams work hand-in-hand with volunteers and neighbors to create a supportive environment where everyone feels valued.

Check out these moments from recent distributions, where the PACS Sto-Rox and PACS Cure Violence McKees Rocks teams came together to make a difference. We’re proud of the dedication and teamwork that fuel these initiatives, and we look forward to continuing our support for the McKees Rocks community.
