Celebrating Positive Behavior: PBIS Halloween Incentive Event at Sto-Rox Upper Elementary! 🎃

At PACS, we believe in recognizing and celebrating positive behavior, and our recent PBIS Halloween Incentive event at Sto-Rox Upper Elementary was a fantastic example of this commitment in action!

PBIS, or Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports, is a school-wide approach aimed at fostering positive behavior and creating a supportive learning environment. Through this program, students are rewarded for meeting behavioral expectations, helping build a culture of respect and responsibility.

For this Halloween Incentive event, students enjoyed creating their own trail mix at our custom snack station, selecting from a variety of treats to make a personalized snack. We also handed out glow sticks and Halloween-themed trinkets, bringing a little extra festive fun to the day. 🍫🧡

These events do more than just celebrate—they reinforce the importance of positive behavior and strengthen the supportive school culture we aim to build. Thank you to everyone who contributed to this wonderful event and to the students who make our community a better place every day.

We’re looking forward to more PBIS events that continue to highlight and reward our students’ positive achievements!
